In 2020, I lost another 60 pounds. I was determined to stick to my weight loss plan and exercise plan. I would exercise and then my food would get out of control.

I wanted to change my diet because it was costing me so much money and causing me to gain weight. I wanted to lose some weight and get healthier but I needed a plan. I was paying for a gym, running on the treadmill and trying to lose weight and I was hungry. I started to put on more weight.

After losing 50 pounds, I was finally able to break through the weight-loss plateau. I started to exercise but, like most people, I would gain back the weight, even after a good workout. I lost the 60 pounds and then the 60 pounds came back. It got to the point where I had lost over 150 pounds but I still hadn’t lost a pound.

After I got to this point, I had been seeing a doctor and he put me on a diet plan for my high blood pressure. The diet didn’t work well and he wanted me to change it. This time, I knew I was eating correctly but I had still gained the weight back.
